We are currently searching for dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
This position will be Temporary (3-6 Months) Part-Time, 2 days per week.
What is an Account Payable Specialist? An accounts payable specialist is a professional responsible for managing an organization's financial obligations to vendors and suppliers.
Their primary role involves processing and recording invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payment.
Accounts payable specialists play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with vendors while adhering to the company's financial policies and procedures.
They may also handle expense reports, reconcile accounts, and address discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
Overall, their work contributes to the smooth financial operations of the organization.
In this role, you will: Receive, review, and process invoices for goods and services.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receipts.
Execute timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
Communicate with vendors to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and build positive relationships.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
To succeed in this role, you must: Have previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role Be highly detailed oriented, with strong analytical skills to assist with decision making processes Have proven ability to manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities Be proficient in vendor management and maintaining a positive relationship with vendors Have strong ability to reconcile invoices, statements and other financial documents FabriFast represents a new breed of sheet metal fabricator, one that knows the only true way to judge a company is by results.
