3rd Shift Trim Coordinator
Sunday - Thursday (10:00PM-6:00AM)
As a Trim Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all trim usage/disbursements to and from production lines.
You will process and maintain data entry of trim usage.
This position requires frequent lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds.

How You Will Contribute to our Legacy of Excellence:
Remove barrels, verify correct cheese, and maintain cheese changeovers on Bar/Slice/Stick lines.
Process and maintain data entry of trim usage.
Coordinate reclaim process.
Monitor process trim and verify correct disposition of all trim types.
Monitor and process fish bait.
Train employees on proper classification of trim product.
Weigh, seal, and palletize any barrels for process and or shred.
Operate a stand-up forklift.
Ensure all process tubs and pans are emptied on shred lines and designated to the correct process barrels throughout the entire shift.
What You Have to Offer:
Are a proven team player but can also work independently as a problem solver
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
Ability to operate a stand-up forklift
Must have working knowledge of RF systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes
Can communicate well with people from all walks of life
