is looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager with a passion for design, innovation, and analytics to lead category management for bathroom vanities in the retail channel.
You will be joining a strong global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction of the category including new product development to drive vitality, growth and differentiation.
This role will identify and prioritize the product roadmap, actively own and disseminate competitive market intelligence, define customer requirements, and lead the go-to-market strategy.
This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for new products, managing pricing and forecasting, and execute strategic plans.
Collaboration between cross-functional team members including marketing, sourcing, supply chain, engineering and industrial design will be vital in the success of this role.
This high impact role is accountable for the financial performance of the assigned category.
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Passion for product development, innovation, and consumer trends High-level presentation/communication skills Leads with curiosity and creative thinking Displays initiative to find solutions and work effectively with all levels in the organization Set strong example through work product, energy, attitude and technical skills Understand new product development, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning Strong interest in analytics Specific Responsibilities Partner with new product development teams to develop insights needed to live on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.
Lead analysis for assigned category and/or support other category leads to develop insights, formulate and test hypothesis and present recommendations.
Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends and market share.
Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information Collaborate with the channel marketing and sales organization on product needs, sales samples and other requests to drive business growth.
Draft internal and external communications highlighting new product launches and sales tools.
Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas.
Lead strategic planning and execution to drive retail channel growth.
Demonstrate competency in the following: Delight Customers, Inspire People, Own It and Boldly Innovate.
Skills/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field.
MBA preferred.
Excellent product marketing experience with strong analytical and presentation skills Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic and results-driven Experience with Ecommerce focused product development and/or marketing Travel to trade shows, global manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, approximately 25%.

The salary range for this position is $107,650 - $137,150.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
