As a Senior HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality) Administrator, your key responsibilities will be to oversee and participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate HSEQ programs and policies compliance databases and reportable HSE records.
This position will also interact and communicate with senior management regularly.
Critical for success are strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to organize and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
It is essential to be able to work independently and possess a high level of interpersonal skills and discretion to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

What it takes:
* Associate degree in related field, 5-7 years of related office experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience working with and communicating with senior leadership
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred)
* Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certificate (preferred)
* Basic knowledge of the construction industry (preferred)
* Experience with ISN and/or other industry pre-qualification databases (preferred)
* A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
