*Residential Rough Frame Experienced Carpenter*
* The ideal candidate would be punctual, able to work in a fast paced environment, and efficient on the job site with a strong work ethic.
* Takes pride in quality of their workmanship
* Work includes some high climbing and some heavy lifting.
* Able to operate construction hand tools & other specialized equipment safely, efficiently, & effectively
* Work with other crew members in a safe, productive, & enjoyable environment
* Read, comprehend estimate, & build projects according to construction plans
* Efficiently execute tasks including but not limited to: framing walls & roof structures, installing windows, entry & other doors & door openings, installing various siding & roofing materials, finishing with metal & wood trims.
* Able to effectively communicate with sub-contractors, customers, & fellow workers
