The operator will ensure that the extrusion process runs smoothly, monitor production output, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
Responsibilities: * Set up and prepare plastic extrusion machines according to production requirements, including selecting the appropriate dies, molds, and other equipment.
* Operate extrusion machinery, including starting up and shutting down machines, adjusting settings, and monitoring the production process to ensure efficient and accurate output.
* Monitor and control the extrusion process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, speed, and material flow, to achieve the desired product specifications.
