*SHIFT: 7:00am-3:30pm*
*Main Duties:*
Installs, repairs, and maintains electrical equipment throughout the facility.
Performs facility electrical maintenance work and preventative maintenance on lighting systems, 120 VAC distribution systems, and 120 VAC motors.
Installs conduit and wiring as required.
Assists in the maintenance of facility substations.
Works with and understands 480 volt electrical distribution systems and utilization equipment.
Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains 480 VAC motors, motor controls, and variable speed drives used throughout the facilities.
Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains relay and PLC based control systems and process instrumentation.
Reads and understands electrical prints and P&I diagrams.
Ensures all electrical documentation related to new or existing electrical installations is accurate and kept current.
Maintains knowledge of current NEC codes and ensures compliance while installing electrical equipment or systems.
*Qualifications:*
* Good electrical aptitude.
* Good leadership record.
* Related electrical maintenance experience.
* Journeyman Electrical card or equivalent plus 3-5 years of industrial experience in field.
* Thorough understanding of and compliance with codes and OSHA regulations, including arc flash, LO/TO, fall protection, hot work, job hazard analysis, etc.
