We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team who will play a critical role in driving efficiency, quality, and innovation within the manufacturing operations of the organization.
This role requires a proactive and versatile approach to manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process optimization, tooling design, troubleshooting, and collaboration across various departments.
Continuously monitor existing manufacturing processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement to optimize efficiency and quality.
Design and improve manufacturing layouts, equipment, and systems to enhance productivity and quality.
Utilize CAD software (e.
g.
, AutoCAD) to create detailed drawings, schematics, and models for tooling, equipment, and manufacturing layouts.
Monitor Die and Mold maintenance and modifications as needed to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Utilize deep draw/metal forming, injection molding, and rotational molding knowledge to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of tooling for manufacturing processes.
Assist in the quoting of tooling by providing technical expertise and insights into manufacturing processes.
Collaborate in the quoting of new manufactured products, offering input on feasibility, cost, and production requirements.
Actively troubleshoot manufacturing issues as they arise, employing problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Provide comprehensive support to all manufacturing areas, sales, and Quality Assurance (QA) departments, facilitating smooth operations and timely project completion.
Champion and promote Company Core Values across all aspects of work and interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on electro-mechanical systems.
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Manufacturing Resources Planning System.
Strong computer skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
