● Machine Uptime – You will be focused on meeting production standards and responsible for machine uptime rates.

As a Digital Printing Technician, you will become familiar with the inner workings of the HP Indigo printer and troubleshooting to keep the printer running.
*Responsibilities*
● Setup and Operate High Speed Digital Printing Machines
● Troubleshoot machine problems with urgency to limit downtime
● Perform preventative maintenance on HP Indigo Printers
● Follow all safety procedures and point out any safety concerns
● Maintain quality compliance of product according to customer specifications
● Drive efficiency improvements to meet the organization’s KPI goals
● Understand the daily priorities and flawlessly execute
*Systems Used*
● Label Traxx- an ERP system designed to streamline processes and information across the entire organization
● HP Siteflow
● HP PrintOS
● Microsoft
● Google Docs
● What’sApp
*Requirements*
● High level of motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● 2 years manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
● Ability to take ownership of the production process for high speed equipment
● Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing principles
● Proven problem solving skills
● Ability to analyze data and make timely decisions
● Personal brand of “get stuff done on time, as specified, with high quality”
● Highly accountable behavior with solid personal responsibility
● Ability to quickly understand and apply new learnings
● Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through initiative, project management and effective follow through
