Duties and Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in AO’s Sales Operations systems (CRM, E-commerce & ERP order processing systems)
Identify opportunities to simplify complex processes within the sales order lifecycle
Be the primary steward of sales data integrity and cleanliness
Create and maintain process documentation and workflows for sales and customer service
Gather process requirements and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
Work closely with the Global Sales Enablement Manager to document, test and enhance sales processes
Build rapport with end users to assist in sales and customer service system support
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
College degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or related fields
1-3 years of experience with CRM, E-commerce, or related sales operations systems
Able to speak both “business” and “technical” in order to liaise with customers (both internal and external end users) and translate their needs to the technical support team
Technical acumen: a proven ability to understand system architectures and complex business process
High sense of pride as a key stakeholder in the systems for which they support
A hunger to learn new technical skills via continuing education, seminars, and conferences
High self-initiative; able to identify problems or opportunities for improvement and not afraid to take initiative and see them through to fruition
