I’m looking for a roommate (possibly two) for a 3/2 furnished ranch-style house in a safe neighborhood.
I travel for work and have another homestead in Texas.
One year lease, $850/mo.
plus shared bills per room.
You would mostly have the house to yourself.
Smaller time frames are negotiable.
Need reference and proof of ability to pay.
No smoking in the house.
If you have your own furniture I can vacate the furniture in the room.
