Two older male residents reside in the house.
One of the males is the owner of the house.
He has some people who help with caretaking on a weekly basis to support him with his heart condition.
The other male tenant is also retired but fully independent.
He is quiet and lives at the other end of the house with his own private entry.
The room is a large bright and airy room, with its own private entry and off-street parking (no private bathroom).
This is a very peaceful living environment and not a place for parties, drugs or alcohol, or couples.
The house also has a small dog, so the ideal tenant would like animals.
There is a washer and dryer in the house for use and the large garden has some fruit trees and plenty of space for relaxing or areas to plant a garden if that was of interest.
