our Assistant Store Leaders are responsible for:*
* Leading by example to provide superior customer service
* Spending the majority of your time on the sales floor
* Hiring, training, developing, and coaching coworkers
* Executing the Leading Through Leadership Program
* Overseeing inventory including merchandising and loss prevention
* Store accounting
* Meeting Kwik Trip, Inc.
sales goals and promotions
* Increasing and monitoring our Food Program
* Working in the kitchen alongside our Food Leaders and Kitchen Team to provide support
* Increasing store profitability
* Overseeing and maintaining the store and its equipment
* Working in a variety of temperatures including the cooler/freezer and external/outdoor temperatures

Our Assistant Store Leaders are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
