Apartment Maintenance Technician

Manitowoc/Sheboygan Area Premier Properties Maintenance Tech *Location:* Manitowoc/Sheboygan Area Properties *Status:* Maintenance Technician *Compensation:* $20 per hour plus benefit package *Start Date:* Immediately *Duties to include:* Maintenance of properties, buildings and units.
Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnovers of units when tenants vacate.
Minor plumbing repairs, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Snow removal from walkways.
Requirements; * Must have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation * Experience in apartment maintenance preferred but not required * Must be reliable, have strong work ethics, and the ability to work as a team player.
