Looking to trade an acoustic/electric for a regular electric - $199 (Cleveland)

I picked this up at a guitar swap meet recently, but what I really need is a regular electric guitar.
I snapped this one up because I got it for a steal and can pass that savings onto you.
The previous owner did a bad job of swapping out the pickup.
It plays and sounds great but doesn't look like a professional job, thus the low price and trade offer.
I'd kind of like a Strat style guitar or a 335 style.
