We are a proud recipient of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces award for 8 years (including 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023!) What will I do as a Mental Health Therapist? Our Community Counseling Program addresses the mental health needs of the underserved, accepting patients who have limited resources or no means to pay by offering services on a sliding fee scale or in some cases at no cost.
As therapist you will: Provide in-office counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, working with a wide range of diagnoses and demographics.
Maintain appropriate case recording to include diagnosis, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
May conduct educational and supportive counseling sessions to groups, including critical incident response services.
Consult with supervising psychologist/psychiatrist on a monthly basis.
Salary: $45,000 - $48,000 Benefits Clinical supervision to complete and obtain certification requirements.
Continued education and accreditation Competitive health, dental and vision insurance 403(b) Retirement with a 2% match and 4% annual contribution Generous PTO structure and 11 paid holidays Business casual dress every day and casual Fridays! Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Qualifications Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or related counseling field required; students in their final semester are welcome to apply.
Post-graduate clinical practice (i.

, LPC, MFT) and 3,000-hour certification is a plus but not required.
Candidates who have not yet completed or started their post-graduate hours are encouraged to apply! Strong interpersonal skills; a team player with a passion for developing and maintaining strong relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in.
