Job Purpose:
Promotes and provides therapeutic services to residents and families by assessing, planning, counseling, referring, and coordinating services for clients and their families.
Essential Job Functions:
Work collaboratively with the identified treatment team
Provide psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and discharge plans
Counsel individuals, families, and groups
Maintaining client records; and marketing/developing Rawhide’s clinical and day treatment programs
Job Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Insurance billable status (licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

Experience in diagnosing and treating a wide array of mental health issues including adolescent problems
Ability to provide quality individual, group, and family therapy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team orientation
Valid driver's license
Strong computer skills
Specialty in mental health counseling preferred
Experience in presenting/teaching preferred
