Work Mode: Remote Location: Remote at Kohler, WI Opportunity Think of the Project Leader – Supply Chain Design & Analytics role as the perfect blend of analytics, process improvement, and project leadership.
This role is primarily responsible for the design and implementation of Supply Chain system processes and completing ad-hoc analyses in support of Supply Chain initiatives.
A deep love of data & problem solving, holistic understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and corresponding capabilities, processes, and systems is required to excel in this role.
Specific Responsibilities System & Process Design Develop innovative solutions to improve Supply Chain processes.
Work with different Supply Chain functional areas to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Design and implement new workflows utilizing supplementary systems, such as Microsoft Power Platform and Winshuttle.
Leverage process owner insights and analytics in the development process and ensure seamless change management.
Stay up to date on the latest feature releases and best practices.
Follow current and upcoming Microsoft feature releases.
Understand and implement new applicable features as they become available.
Stay current on industry best practices and trends.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Understand the unique challenges of the Supply Chain functional areas, build trust with associates, and champion opportunities for improvement.
Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment with priorities.
Analytics Execute ad-hoc analyses.
Assist Supply Chain groups with analyses, combining extensive knowledge of Kohler’s Supply Chain & data to provide trustworthy insights.
Develop KPIs for process improvement success.
Determine the best KPIs to measure success of process improvement initiatives.
Continuously monitor KPIs and leading indicators to ensure implemented solutions perform as expected or identify new areas of opportunity.
Leadership Be a thought leader and advocate for a clean, system-driven Supply Chain.
Be a strong voice and consistently champion for changes to processes that support Kohler’s focus on creating a cleaner, leaner, and system-driven Supply Chain.
Skills/Requirements B.
S.
degree in engineering or supply chain management (SCM) MBA preferred 4+ years of experience in a supply chain functional area Certification from supply chain organizations like APICS and CSCMP, education and service providers like Oliver Wight and SAP is preferred Proven experience in process definition and implementation, as well as change management Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences Microsoft Power Platform experience preferred Working knowledge of personal computers with experience in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and BI systems Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility #LI-Remote #LI-SM1 Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $111,150.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
