*Responsibilities*:
* Sole and joint responsibility for defense of traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases in our statewide OWI and criminal defense practice.
*Qualifications*:
* Great attention to detail and strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
* Proficient computer skills; both Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Voice, and Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated;
* Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing and proofing skills;
* Bachelor’s degree;
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school;
* State bar admission;
* Ability to work once per week or more in either of our offices Manitowoc, Waunakee, Baraboo preferred, but not required;
* Knowledge and command of emerging technologies preferred (_e.
g.
_, generative AI, legal tech, case management software, _et cetera_);
* At least two years experience defending criminal cases;
* Spanish language fluency is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $6,000.
