is seeking candidates for our in-house legal internship program in several legal practices.
Kohler offers a unique internship opportunity with the ability for interns to get a first-hand look at in-house counsel work, including working directly with a variety of internal business partners.
Kohler Co.
is seeking Intern candidates in the following positions:
General Legal Intern Position
The General Legal Intern position will work with a variety of Kohler’s in-house attorneys performing a variety of matters spanning multiple practice areas, including commercial contract review, legal research, real estate, and general legal support for Kohler’s four business groups and enterprise functions.
Compliance Legal Intern Position
The Compliance Legal Intern position will work with Kohler’s Compliance & Ethics team performing a variety of compliance projects, including import/export compliance support and corporate compliance programming support.
Labor & Employment Legal Intern Position
The Labor & Employment Legal Intern will work with Kohler's L&E team performing a variety of labor and employment matters, including legal research and writing, supporting our team in union negotiations and employment disputes, and counseling HR and business leaders across all aspects of labor and employment law.

Skills/Requirements
Qualified candidates have completed a minimum of one year of law school and have an interest in law within a global and diverse company.
