The Associate Diversity & Inclusion Partner supports the execution of the diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) strategic roadmap that focuses on building a diverse and inclusive culture while elevating the employee experience.
This important role will assist in the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement efforts of diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives that increase awareness and understanding of DE&I and employee engagement.

• Act as a diversity champion leveraging DE&I leading practices.
• Create and execute annual DE&I training plan • Partner with external vendors to deliver DE&I training, including reinforcement strategies • Create and manage annual diversity calendar implementing activities for key recognized observances • Collaborate with OD to integrate DE&I in talent management systems • In partnership with Employer Brand team implement initiatives that build awareness and attract diverse pools of talent.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to build and develop diverse talent pipeline • Represent Sargento at external diversity events to promote our commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion.
• Serve as liaison to employee business groups to ensure activities align with DEI strategy • Coordinate & facilitate quarterly “All EBG” meetings creating synergies • Implement and provide administrative support of diversity & inclusion programs, aligned with DEI strategy • Submit reports that measures effectiveness of DE&I initiatives & programs using metrics/KPI’s • Support DE&I continuous improvement efforts • In collaboration with Communications, create and implement DEI communications plans.
• Submit Affirmative Action plans, EEO1 and VET reports for compliance Your Education and Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field • 1-3 years of experience managing projects • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience • Diversity certification preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint Our Story.
