Position Title: Receptionist

Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Looking for an outgoing individual with good personality and prior clerical experience to facilitate the forefront of a local company in Manitowoc, WI.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in the front lobby
- Assist with office activities such as organizing documents, filing, data entry, etc.
- Assist in putting together PowerPoint presentations for plant manager
- Use computer for data entry, communication with departments, etc.
Requirements for Receptionist:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous HR administrative or office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Experience applying skills in a manufacturing setting
- Able to use computers for prolonged periods
- Able to perform repetitive typing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to have strong grammatical and spelling skills
