This is an administrative role that is crucial to the hospitality we extend to our customers when engaging with our digital portfolio.
You will act as a liaison between our stores and sales team and the Kohler teams to communicate, solve and refine the issues within our digital products.
This role is responsible for managing and supporting the system within the retail store.
You should have strong technical skills, problem solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Specific Responsibilities
Manage roadmap of meetings, communication, timelines, and budget for multiple projects
Act as a liaison between the stores and the Kohler teams to communicate, solve and relay feedback on system’s needs and issues.
Participate in strategy for evolution of the digital customer experience in stores
Admin and User assistance for Log ins for all systems needed for new stores.
Provide new employee onboarding, log on, training and guidance to all new users on systems
Collaborate with stores and product owners to shape map for future enhancements
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience supporting digital tools within an evolving environment, basic understanding of cross functional responsibilities within a retail environment
Experience of working with Microsoft Suite, SAP, Salesforce, D365
Strong desire to build relationships and drive a key strategic initiative within a heritage brand.
Is a self-starter that has strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey and outline key expectations and actions needed
Must be a strong conceptual thinker, able to understand the larger strategy of the experience and business expectations.

The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
