We invite you to apply! The Plymouth Arts Center, a non-profit 501c3 membership organization, is seeking an organized and enthusiastic *Administrative Assistant* to act as an integral member of our team.
The PAC, founded in 1993, is the leading arts organization in western Sheboygan County.
2024 marks our 31st year of serving the greater community with programs that are engaging, relevant, and diverse, for all age groups.

*DESCRIPTION* The Administrative Assistant will assist in the daily administrative operations of the organization and will be the first person visitors meet.
The assistant will be a source of information about our organization’s history, mission, and opportunities: i.
e.
exhibits, classes, productions, volunteering, rentals, and have good, general knowledge about our community.
The Assistant will field phone calls, emails, visitor requests; assist with box office ticket sales; exhibit art sales; gift shop sales; registrations for classes, bus trips, take membership info, sell ads for productions, do data entry, manage and recruit volunteers, provide assistance to committees as directed by the executive director and other duties as requested by the executive director.
Position reports directly to the Executive Director.
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITITES /COMPETENCIES* * Experience with customer service and must enjoy working with the public which includes PAC’s 250 volunteers and over 400 members.
* Demonstrated knowledge of and/or ability to use correct grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and office terminology to compose and/or proofread correspondence, reports, and materials.
* Must have excellent organizational skills (multi-tasking) and have the ability to be a self-starter, while working closely in collaboration with other team members and volunteers * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office i.
e.
Word-Processing, Power Point, Publisher, Excel, and possess good, basic, math skills.
* Interest in the Visual and Performing Arts a plus *MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES* · High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*SCHEDULE* · Weekday and weekend hours.
