*Description:* The ideal candidate will perform work as an assistant to the building administrative team and assist in managing the general operations of the LHS office.
*Qualifications: *
● High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred, but not required
● 2+ years of experience preferred in a clerical or administrative role

*Essential Job Functions:*
1.
Assists the Associate Principals with general office administration
2.
Exercises confidentiality, initiative, independent judgment, and discretion
3.
Works on a large volume of projects covering a wide variety of subjects which are required to be completed within a limited and specified period of time, as well as the ability to accept, handle and coordinate additional tasks
4.
Creates and prepares various reports, letters, and certificates as requested
5.
Works as a collaborative member of secretarial team
6.
Assessment coordinator assistant
7.
Maintains the LHS staff key and fob system
8.
Handles all staff and student parking related tasks
9.
Acts as the school-wide logistics assistant coordinator
10.
Researches and responds to requests for information
11.
Serves as receptionist for the general office
12.
Manages the system for purchase requisitions for academic departments & athletic departments, including balancing of credit card statements for LHS
13.
Supports the building principal and athletic director managing the building and athletic budget
14.
Assists with the planning and organizing of the graduation ceremony
15.
Supports the associate principal coordinating state testing systems and materials
16.
Creates various programs, including but not limited to, Graduation, Photo Day, Scholarship night and more
17.
Responsible for various start of year task in Infinite Campus, including but not limited to, Report Card Format, Gradebook setup and Standards setup
18.
Schedule all request for IEP meetings with Associate Principals, including booking conference rooms
19.
Any other duties assigned by the Administration Team
